Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026

Space Shooter Galaxy Adventure ("the game") is published by GV Dev ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we run no servers of our own and we collect no personal information ourselves. The only data that leaves your device goes to Google: for advertising, for purchases and, if you choose to sign in, for Play Games leaderboards and achievements.

Information stored only on your device

Your progress is stored on your device: coins, ships, coats, skills, parts and resources, the season pass, missions, records, settings and your Premium status. None of it is sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it. If you use Android's backup feature, Android may include this data in your Google account backup under Google's terms.

Advertising

The free version of the game shows advertising served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC: a small banner on the menu, which you can close, and short videos that you choose to watch for a continue or for a daily bonus of coins. To serve and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and app information and interactions with ads. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any personalised advertising is requested and lets you refuse it. You can change your choice at any time from Settings, under Privacy settings. Google's list of advertising partners is available at support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903.

You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings under Ads.

Premium subscribers see no banner and need no video to continue a run. The daily bonus video is only requested if you tap its button.

Purchases

Premium is sold as a subscription through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and holds your payment details; we never see them. The game receives from Google only the information needed to know that the subscription is active, such as a purchase token and its status, and keeps that on your device. Google's handling of purchase data is described in Google's privacy policy and the Google Play terms.

Play Games Services

The game can connect to Google Play Games Services so you can post scores to leaderboards and earn achievements. This is optional and only happens if you sign in. When you do, Google shares with the game your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar, and the scores you post are visible to other players on the leaderboards. You can sign out or manage your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

Information we do not collect

The game has no account system, no analytics of our own, no crash reporting service and no server that receives data from you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone other than the Google services named above, which act under their own policies.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, and to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal information ourselves, requests about advertising, purchase or Play Games data are best made to Google through the links above or your Google account. Local game data is deleted by uninstalling the game. For anything else, write to us at gvdevgames@gmail.com.

Security

Data stays on your device, protected by Android's app sandbox, and travels to Google over encrypted connections.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game changes. The current version is always available at gvdevgames.github.io/space-shooter/privacy-policy.html and from the game's settings, with the effective date at the top.
