Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and GV Dev ("we", "us") for the use of the Memory Training app ("the app"). By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and practice, in line with these terms and the Google Play terms of service. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.

Not medical advice

The app is a game and a practice aid. The memory score, the memory age, the ranks and every other figure it shows are playful estimates of how you did in its games; they are not a measurement of your health, not a diagnosis and not medical advice. If you are worried about your memory, talk to a doctor.

Premium subscription

Premium is an optional monthly subscription that removes advertising and unlocks every colour set, the jelly pieces, unlimited workouts, Zen mode and the extras without videos.

• It is sold through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play before you confirm and may differ by country.
• It renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation and at each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Premium features may be changed or added over time. If a feature you paid for is removed during a paid period, contact us.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Advertising

The free version shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, including the optional videos that bring an extra. Advertisers, not we, are responsible for the content of their ads and for anything you buy from them.

Google Play Games Services

Achievements can be sent to Google Play Games Services, which is subject to Google's terms. Achievements you earn may be visible to other players under your Play Games privacy settings. We may remove achievements that appear to have been obtained by tampering.

Challenge links

A shared run is a link that reproduces the run's boards for whoever opens it. You are responsible for whom you send it to. The links lead to our website; we may change or take the site down at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the app; not to remove or interfere with advertising or the subscription check; not to redistribute the app or its artwork; and not to use cheats, bots or tampered builds.

Intellectual property

The app, including its code, artwork, faces, pieces, sounds, music and text, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. The app's name and logo are our trademarks. Google, Google Play, Google Play Games and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the app or any part of it, including Premium features, at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We do not promise that the app will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the app. We may end your licence if you breach them. You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any subscription in Google Play.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is available from the app's Settings, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
