Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and GV Dev ("we", "us") for the use of the game Space Shooter Galaxy Adventure ("the game"). By installing or using the game you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment, in line with these terms and the Google Play terms of service. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.

Premium subscription

Premium is an optional monthly subscription. It removes the banner on the menu and the video before a continue, opens the premium track of the season pass, adds the Royal livery for every ship and the Royal sky, and adds coins to every daily gift.

• It is sold through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play before you confirm and may differ by country.
• It renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation and at each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for.
• Rewards already paid out, such as coins and season pass rewards, stay with you when the subscription ends. The Royal livery and sky are available while it is active.
• Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Premium features may be changed or added over time. If a feature you paid for is removed during a paid period, contact us.
• Uninstalling the game does not cancel the subscription.

Advertising

The free version shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. Advertisers, not we, are responsible for the content of their ads and for anything you buy from them. Videos that pay a continue or a daily bonus are shown only when you choose to watch them.

Play Games Services

Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games Services and are subject to Google's terms. Scores you post are visible to other players. We may remove scores that appear to have been obtained by tampering.

Virtual items

Coins, ships, coats, skies, skills, parts and other items in the game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be changed or removed when the game is updated. They are kept only on your device.

Acceptable use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the game; not to remove or interfere with advertising or the subscription check; not to redistribute the game or its artwork; and not to use cheats, bots or tampered builds, in particular to post leaderboard scores.

Intellectual property

The game, including its code, artwork, ships, music, sounds and text, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. The game's name and logo are our trademarks. Google, Google Play and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any part of it, including Premium features, at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the game. We do not promise that the game will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the game. We may end your licence if you breach them. You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the game and cancelling any subscription in Google Play.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is available at gvdevgames.github.io/space-shooter/terms-of-use.html and from the game's settings, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
